When you are stressed, it is difficult to relax and you need to keep the energy level high. It might not always be easy, but I think it can be done. I always try to have a coffee after I work to bring the energy level up, as this helps the body relax. I also work from home. This means that I don't have a lot of time to exercise. It's a very good thing that I work from home, because it's not like going to a gym. I can work all day, but I'm still not as much tired as I am when I am working from a physical place.
